Track Cycling at Zolder velodrome

Looking for an active day out during your stay at Park Molenheide? Just around a 20-minute drive from the holiday park, you’ll find Velodroom Limburg in Heusden-Zolder, where you can experience real track cycling on an indoor Olympic cycling track.

The 250-metre wooden track is UCI-approved and is one of the most modern cycling tracks in Belgium. It’s not just for experienced cyclists: beginners can also take their first laps around the track and experience the speed and spectacular banked turns of track cycling.

Never ridden a track bike before? You can book an introductory session where experienced instructors will teach you the basics of track cycling. Track bikes and helmets are available on site. Advance booking is recommended for open training sessions.
